Registration

To complete your registration, click on the appropriate form (Registration for Presenters or Participant-Only Registration) to fill out your details. Don't forget to upload proof of payment (your bank receipt) in the form.

Important Notice:

* The corresponding author and co-author(s) should register separately.

* If you do not have any presentation and if you participate as just a listener, please fill out the registration form for participants.

* If you are an undergraduate student and you are not asked to pay any money, you can upload the photo of your student ID card as the attached document.

Deadline for registration is 28 March, 2025. If you do not complete your registration by this date, we will assume that you wish to withdraw your presentation, and your submission will be removed from the final program.
The registration fees are available at the end of the page. Please check it, and do not forget that INGED Members will get discount.
